Jana Burnette
As CEO of The Actor's Code, I'm dedicated to helping actors excel in their careers and stand out from the competition in less time.
As an actor myself, I've worked in DC and NYC on commercials, feature films, theatre, indie films, and TV shows like "The Greatest Showman," Hulu's "Elementary," Victoria's Secret, Hasboro Toys, Apple, and more. I've gained experience behind the camera and in casting. In Manhattan, I studied improv, stunts, and dance, and produced and directed off-off Broadway projects. I worked for casting offices and worked on 100+ productions.
I earned a BFA from Southern Methodist University, graduating Magna Cum Laude, and continue to enhance my skills through ongoing training in acting, communication, and business. I hold certifications as a Master Trainer and Certified Coach with Codebreaker Technologies and as an NLP Practitioner, which both inform my approach to coaching actors. I continue to study technology and business skills in addition to staying on top of entertainment industry trends.
Based in Atlanta since 2020, I'm expanding opportunities in the growing film industry while offering virtual support to actors worldwide.
